Mom, entrepenuer, yogi, self-help junkie, lover of lattes, dogs, and last but not least chocolate! Kathleen is here to support women in their wellness journeys. She teaches & empowers her clients to practice Ayurvedic inspired wellness routines along with yoga, mindfulness meditation, and aromatherapy to support their daily health needs.
Kathleen is an advanced yoga teacher (E-RYT 500), Registered Children's Yoga Teacher (RCYT), Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP), Wellcoaches® Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Aromatherapist, and holds a University Graduate Certification in Integrated Holistic Health & Wellness. She is a Teacher Trainer for ChildLight Yoga, an accredited Children's Yoga Training School.

My opinion is that diet's don't work and neither does a good intention without a solid plan. Also, I don't believe in a "quick fix" for anything that creates lasting change. If you are looking for a "diet" or "quick fix" then I am not the right Wellness Coach for you. If you are looking for a lasting change, then keep reading!
My clients are really interested in making lasting change, by cultivating a healthy mindset first. Working together we will identify where the imbalances are in your life. We will talk about obstacles that might be getting in the way and why. We will focus on tailoring a holistic wellness plan just for you, addressing all areas of your life to achieve a sattvic (balanced) state. You will learn how to set SMART goals that are attainable, yet challenging. We will commit to regularly scheduled meetings to check in and assess your progress before moving on to the next phase.

As a mom of two young boys, I found myself in an unexpected situation, going through a divorce in my mid-late thirties. My world as we knew it was turning upside down and I was faced with the reality of needing to go back to work, after being self-employed for many years. During my time back in corporate America, I suffered from many health issues because what I had been doing was no longer working or possible in my new situation. This was hard on my body physically and emotionally. I knew that in order to survive, I was going to need to make some serious changes in my life or I would pay for it later.
Once I implemented these lifestyle changes, my entire perspective changed and now most of my health issues are non-existent or much less intense. As I experienced results, I decided to make a career change. I wanted to do work that I was passionate about and help make a difference in other women’s lives. I went back to college and earned a Graduate Certificate in Holistic Health & Wellness. In addition, I trained to become a Registered Yoga Teacher, Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Aromatherapist, and studied Ayurveda. In 2013, I started my own yoga-based wellness business in Southwest Michigan, serving clients locally and virtually.
Over the past several years, I have helped many clients establish a consistent wellness lifestyle that has improved their overall health. Using yoga as a wellness tool along with other holistic modalities, clients have achieved results. With an open mind and a willingness to learn, I can teach you how to weave these easy to do, self-care techniques and holistic practices into your everyday life too!
