My Approach

Tired of going to a traditional doctor and leaving with another prescription? Only to discover, you still haven't really gotten to the root of your problem? Me too. That's why I made the decision to take control of my own health and wellness. Entering into that precious second phase of life, when things don't look or feel the same. When old routines no longer serve you. You have to take control and change the formula. Having a consistent yoga and meditation practice has helped me to get in touch with my body, mind, and emotions on a much deeper level.

As my client, you will do the mindset work first. Working together we will identify where the imbalances are in your life. We will talk about obstacles that might be getting in the way. You will be lead through a physical and emotional life cleanse. We will then focus on a Holistic Lifestyle Wellness Plan, addressing all areas of your life to re-establish a sattvic (balanced) state.

You will learn how to set SMART goals that are attainable, yet challenging. We will commit to regularly scheduled meetings to check in and assess your progress before moving on to the next phase.

You will learn how to implement these wellness tools into your days to enhance your overall well-being. As my client, you will be supported every step of the way by me, in addition to member's only resources and private Facebook groups.
