MY APPROACH

My opinion is that diet's don't work and neither does a good intention without a solid plan. Also, I don't believe in a "quick fix" for anything that creates lasting change. If you are looking for a "diet" or "quick fix" then this isn't the right coaching program for you.

My clients are really interested in making lasting change, but they understand that they need to work on their mindset first. Working together we will identify where the imbalances are in your life. We will talk about obstacles that might be getting in the way. We will focus on a Holistic Lifestyle Wellness Plan, addressing all areas of your life to achieve a sattvic (balanced) state. You will learn how to set SMART goals that are attainable, yet challenging. We will commit to regularly scheduled meetings to check in and assess your progress before moving on to the next phase.

If you are ready to give up all those excuses and take charge of your own health for lasting results, then this is the right program for you.

INVEST IN YOUR HEALTH & WELLNESS

We all have an innate desire to be healthy. But sometimes life gets in the way. Maybe it was a divorce, raising a family, work, or something else that took your attention away. Fast forward into your mid-thirties, forties, or fifties and you find that the same routines that might have once worked are no longer working. You realize that you just don't look or feel the way you once did. This presents the perfect opportunity to reassess. In order for our health to thrive we must be physically, spiritually, socially, emotionally, and mentally in balance. 

As a wellness client, you will be taken through a process of self-assessment, discovery, cleansing, restoring, rejuvenating, and rebalancing. You will learn how to sharpen your awareness skills and dig deeper into your wellness desires. With the support of Ayurvedic daily routines, mindfulness meditations, yoga, and aromatherapy you will start to feel more in sync. You will be ready to take on the second phase of life with renewed passion and enthusiasm.

Coaching relationships, require commitment and good synergy for both parties to benefit. In a FREE 30-minute consultation, we will talk, get to know each other a little better, and see how our energy compliments one another.

If it's a good fit, we will schedule your first coaching session.

step 2

We will establish a wellness partnership! After completing initial wellness assessments, we will begin with a 60-90 minute initial session to create your personalized wellness plan and outline a schedule for follow-up wellness sessions. You will also have have the option to join private FB groups for additional support.

step 3

Meeting weekly or bi-weekly, we will review & assess your progress, make adjustments where needed, celebrate your successes, learn from failures, and create new goals.

NOTE: coaching sessions can be done in person or via Zoom.
