Namaste! Mindful Living Yoga combines strength and flexibility exercises with relaxation and mindfulness techniques for K-12 students. We also provide professional learning for educators and parents.

Kathleen is the Founder of Mindful Living & Yoga. She is mom to three boys and three dogs. As a parent volunteer at her kids’ school, she saw a tremendous need. Kids were struggling to regulate themselves and teachers were stressed. Knowing what a positive impact yoga and mindulness made in her life, she knew she had to teach in schools. The rest is history.
Angie obtained both her bachelors and masters in Social Work from Ohio University. After joining a yoga studio, Angie began to recognize the positive impact of mindfulness in her life. Eager to heal her own invisible wounds and manage the stressors of a career in social work, Angie turned to mindfulness to create new possibilities in her own life.
Janna is a mother of 4 children and has been teaching yoga for over 15 years. Janna’s classes pay particular attention to form and alignment so to ensure any body type remains free from injury. Her classes promise to leave participants feeling grounded and clear-headed and ready to take on the world!
