Mindful Living & Yoga, located in Berrien County, Michigan promotes whole-student wellness & education by bringing yoga and mindfulness lessons into K-12 schools. We teach to underserved populations that would otherwise go unnoticed. Kathleen, founder of Mindful Living & Living, has taught to more than 400 (K-12) students in our county and nationally.
Unlike traditional yoga studio teachers, our team consists of specialized teachers who understand developmental psychology and the complexities of teaching to K-12 students in-classrooms and online. Mindful Living & Yoga classes teach life-lessons that are secular, engaging, age-appropriate, and from a trauma-informed perspective.
Mindful Living & Yoga works closely with teachers and key stakeholders in schools to support SEL and school climate. We believe in empowering teachers with mindfulness tools that they can also use during the school day. Mindful Living & Yoga offers professional mindfulness training for teachers and other professionals working with K-12 students who want to learn mindfulness techniques to support their struggling students.
