Join Kathleen Belonga, RTY500, RCYT, for a private customized adult yoga & mindfulness class, for small or large groups. Ideal for girls' nights, special occasions, lunch & learns, or team building events.
Students will be provided blankets, blocks, straps, and eye pillows. Every class ends with essential oils to enhance relaxation.

Enjoy a 45-60 minute yoga class, designed specifically for teens.
This class will help teens learn proper alignment and stretches to reduce sports injuries and improve performance. Students will also learn breathing and mindfulness meditation techniques to help alleviate test anxiety and stress.
Students will be provided blankets, blocks, straps, eye pillows, and essential oils. Teens will have the option to participate in a monthly wellness craft (add'l fee) such as making eye pillows, essential oil rollerballs, and more.
Class taught by Kathleen Belonga, RYT500, RCYT, trained in Yoga 4 Teens, Yoga 4 Classrooms, Advanced Childlight Yoga, Brain Gym, and Mindful Schools curriculum.

Teaching yoga to youth is very different from teaching to adults. And, teaching youth in a studio is very different from teaching in a school setting. To ensure these practices are taught appropriately, yoga teachers need specialized training. Kathleen Belonga, RYT500, RCYT, is a mom to three teenage boys. She is trained in Yoga 4 Teens, Yoga 4 Classrooms, Advanced Childlight Yoga Instructor, Brain Gym, and Mindful Schools (meditation for schools) curriculum.
