Kathleen Belonga coaches clients on how to create an entire yoga lifestyle, both on and off the mat. Her specialty is working 1:1 with clients who prefer a more personalized approach. She will guide you through the steps of setting up a home practice space, needed props, and most importantly she will create a customized home sequence that meets YOUR unique needs. Kathleen is also available to speak at your organization.
Kathleen Belonga, E-RYT® 500, RCYT®, YACEP®, Certified Mindfulness Instructor, MBSR-T, Certified Wellness Coach, Aromatherapist, and Founder of Mindful Living & Yoga, a mobile biz bringing classes to the client. She is a trainer for ChildLight Yoga®, a Yoga Alliance Registered Children's & Adult Yoga School. Kathleen is finishing her Master's Degree and has completed a Graduate Certificate in Integrated Holistic Health, along with two advanced yoga certifications, including Yoga Psychology. She has also studied Ayurveda extensively and has various other yoga certifications. Kathleen is certified by Mindful Schools, a secular mindfulness-based curriculum that supports Social Emotional Learning (SEL) in K-12 schools. She is a Certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction for Teens (MBSR-T)Program Provider.
