Yoga classes that provide options appropriate for those with osteopenia or osteoporosis diagnosis to practice yoga safely.

Do I Need Doctor’s Permission?

Absolutely. With any form of exercise, it is always recommended to consult your doctor before participating. Be sure to tell your doctor you are taking modified classes from a trained teacher. 

What Props Do I Need?

You will need a sturdy chair, 2 yoga blocks, a blanket, and a yoga strap. If you have access to a wall it may come in handy. For best results, practice on a solid surface such as a wood floor. If you are practicing on carpet, please consider using a board under your mat for added stability.

How Long Are the Live Yoga Classes?

Live online classes are typically 60-minutes in length and require 24-hour advance registration.

How Do I View Online Classes?

It is strongly recommended you view classes on a laptop or iPad, not a phone. Also, if you have access to AppleTV, we recommend viewing classes on your TV for the best experience. You will need a stable internet connection and a quiet space free from distractions.

What If I Am New to Yoga?

Live online classes are designed for active adults who have yoga experience. If you are new to yoga, please schedule a FREE 15-minute consultation with me to determine the best option for you. Also, I recommend doing the Yoga for Osteoporosis Course first before taking live classes so you have a better understanding of how it works.
