Spring is a time for contemplation. As the seasons change and the snow melts washing away the debris the earth is renewed. We too must begin the transition of cleansing, cultivating a fresh outlook on life. Right? Maybe your home has closets full of items you no longer need or use. But we also often carry an extra load emotionally that we don't need to do. So start looking at your values, your goals, your relationships and ask yourself, "Do I need it? Does it make me feel good? Is it a good investment of my time? Is it necessary?" And, begin to take the steps to clean out the emotional closets and junk drawers. Practice yoga that inspires you. Practice breathing exercises that clear your mind and your lungs. Practice meditation, to let go of those things that are weighing you down. Namaste!
