PRIVATE 1:1 YOGA SESSIONS

There is nothing like personalized attention! Rather you are new to yoga, or want to deepen your existing practice, a private session is the perfect way to learn proper techniques. We will use a therapeutic approach to assess & create a holistic wellness plan, work on alignment, breathing techniques, and create home routines that you can practice with confidence on your own. 

WORKPLACE YOGA, SPECIAL EVENTS, OR PRIVATE GROUP CLASS

We will travel to your destination with props, relaxing music, essential oils, and LOTS of good karma! Classes are tailored to meet the needs & fitness levels of students. Typically an all-levels beginner style class will be offered. However, we teach a variety of yoga styles, so if there is a particular intention for your group, we would tailor the class & music around that intention.

YOGA 4 STRENGTH (FULL)

Tuesday, 8:30 - 9:30 am

This class is the perfect supplement for your yoga practice! Each week we will stretch and hold poses that focus on strengthening key areas of the body that support posture, sculpt & tone muscles, while improving your yoga practice.

YOGA FLOW (FULL)

Thursday, 8:30 - 9:45 am

Traditional flowing yoga class. You will stretch, breath and reconnect with your inner bliss! Styles will vary such as vinyasa, hatha, yin, and yoga nidras. Students will be provided use of blocks, straps, blankets, lavender scented eye pillows, and essential oils to enhance relaxation.

During the months of September - May, we only book Private 1:1 Yoga Sessions, Special Event classes or Private Group classes.

Weekly studio classes will be offered during summer months.
